Creating curricula and study programs in is an important part of establishing Digital Government research as a scientific discipline.

We know that many faculty and universities in the US and around the world have already created individual courses and even whole programs in this area.

We would like to create an online library of information about such efforts in order to help others with similar interests.

If you are willing to contribute to this library, please email the following to Chrystol Koempel at chrystol@isi.edu and Stuart Shulman at shulman@ucsur.pitt.edu.

Make the subject line read: "For the Digital Government Curriculum Library"

1. Name of the university or other organization that offers the course.
2. Course title or program title
3. A description of the course or program, including list of topics, number of lectures, and anything else relevant.
4. A description of the target audience.
5. When the course or program was started and how often it is offered.
6. An estimate of the number of students who have completed the program or course(s) so far and any information about their background you can provide (e.g., are they government officials, college students).

If you don't have all the information available right now, please provide what you have and send more at a later time, making sure to reference the original course title.

We will place all material we receive in a publicly accessible web site.

A Birds of Feather (BOF) session on the topic "Building a New Curriculum for Digital Government Studies" will be held at the upcoming dg.o2005 conference this May in Atlanta. Discussion in this BOF session will be informed by material we receive before the conference.
